I don't like IEMs, but I want a good quality headphone / mic to use for phone calls that can double for music.  iPhone 5 & iPad 4 will be driving them.

I've been reading head-fi trying to figure out what to get and a lot of people like Sennheiser so I thought I'd start there.

However if another brand makes better headphones that are also comfortable I'd like to consider them too.

In order of importance

Comfort
Sound quality
-  (neutral & clear.  with no fatiguing sibilance but still has articulate highs as my higher frequency hearing is slightly less sensitive than my low)
Good quality mic so other people can hear me well without requiring me to project my voice

Which of these are the best?

PX 100-IIi
HD 219s
HD 429s
other?

Budget is flexible.  I'd like to spend under $100 if possible, but I can go up to $250 if there is a large difference in sound quality and comfort.

I've read the Bose OE2i are very comfortable, but also that Bose is overpriced.  I wear glasses & phones that don't have strong clamping force would probably be more comfortable.  Also my ears could be considered average to average-small.

edit:  I live in Oregon (U.S.A.) if anyone is wondering.  So dealer options are an online retailers, best buy, guitar center, musicians friend, sam goody, FYE, etc..
