PW Audio Cables Discussion Thread

I think it depends on your budget, but generally I prefer pairing up U18t with a neutral warmish cable. I have to confess I never heard PWA No.10, but PWA Moloch offers great value for its price imo. It widens the stage while smoothening high frequencies.
But of course if you want to unleash 18t's potential the flagship cables are waving at you :deadhorse: 1950s Shielding provides an overall upgrade, First Times Shielding maxes out technicalities while Orpheus recreates lifelike vocals.
I have used PW Audio August Fun with U18t with great results. It's the younger brother of 1950s and a tad warmer and fuller sounding than 1960s 2-wire.

noticing some of talk about the tsars's (u18t) with the 1960's cable. I have the 1960's mk II and I'm liking them very much. good all around, better clarity and soundstage. I know price point hurts people (LIKE MYSELF LOL) but I'm enjoying them and def think there worth it. they really do add to the clarity the tsar's are know for and give the soundstage the instrumental separation I was looking for. happy listening

The 1960 is a great cable, expensive but well worth it. Of course, nowadays expensive is a sliding scale from a lot to wow! to you've got to be kidding.
As @nocturne19 mentioned, if 1960 2W is quite good (sound-wise) with a correspondingly expensive price, the 1950s shielding and Orpheus Shielding are playing at another level sonically & monetarily.

For $5800 it should bear your children and make your favorite dinner every night.

jesus on a stick, i thought 700$ for my 1960s were already too much (but definitely worth it with my NT6)
