While going through my playlist earlier this week, I rediscovered the album 'The Great Escape' by Crippled Black Phoenix, and oh my goodness it's an absolute gem! I've practically had it on repeat like 10 times since Monday. It's one of those albums that just never gets old. If you're a fan of Anathema and Katatonia, this album is a must-listen!

The new Giant Sky album just dropped today, and I've started giving it a spin. So far, it's shaping up to be really promising. Gotta say, they've got big shoes to fill since their debut album was a total fave of mine in 2021.
