Dunno how I have not noticed Katatonia before, listened trough their albums the last days. Dunno what I like the most so far maybe The Fall of Hearts, great recommendation.

Pure 70's mellow, carefree sound. Something between "The Bee Gees" and "Daryl Hall & John Oates" especially on the newer albums. Never listened to Ambrosia before. Thanks!
Oh, they were high on my list back in the 1970s. Some of the songs are kinda "just" really good pop. But others are amazing in terms of writing and production. And I think each album could be called a concept album. Very versatile group that probably was mostly only known for a couple of David Pack's hits that played on Top 40 stations.

Been going down a rabbit hole only listening to prog rock and metal past month, prefer the more mellow stuff myself :dt880smile:
