The more "difficult" albums are the ones who pleases the most in the end, even years after purchasing, you will still find new elements

For sure. This is one aspect of jazz I really like. This album definitely has jazz influences, and it gives me a feel like a good, complex jazz album - that I need to spend some time with it before it begins to reveal itself to me.

Keep posting, you are turning me onto stuff I probably would not have tried.

The best Canterbury sound release of 2015.

Very good album I will actually get this one.

They've certainly got that sound. Very Egg and National Health in parts.

However a large part of the original Canterbury Scene is the peculiarly English whimsy to the lyrics as well.

But then I'm a peculiar Englishman (albeit a whole 1/4 Italian! Wow) brought up on a diet of Marmite, Monty Python and drizzle.

I'm surprise that nobody ever talked about the latest album from Bjorn Riis.

Lullabies in a Car Crash was probably my favorite Prog-Rock album in 2014.
I always had him down as a cyclist before realising that was Bjarne Riis /:)

Seriously though sounds pretty good stuff

An old dog can learn new tricks. That's two modern Prog albums I've purchased in the last 24 hours. Regal Worm (particularly good and original) and Alco Frisbass. Both great recommendations from Willy. Many thanks for opening my eyes.  I haven't, as yet, got the BDC Labelle though.
