Problem with UE 5 Pro customized by FISHER.

I got my UE 5 Pro customs about 8 month ago. I have been using them with COWON D2 which sounds amazing. 
 
Nevertheless, last weekend I faced a problem. The sound signature of my earphones changed completely and no for the better. All the "Volume" is gone and I can't think of any reason for that error. I don't have any alternative source of sound except for my crappy sounding laptop; therefore I can't really tell where lies the problem - DAP or the earphones themselves. Also, my cable doesn't function properly and may be causing this problem. Anyway, before buying new DAP or cable or even a new Earphones I would like to know what's what.
 

Guys, has anybody experienced something like that? Any idea how to fix this issue?

"Air" or "Stage" on other words. I don't know the exact term. Just wondering if a broken cable or an old DAP could have caused all that. Hope everything is Ok with the earphones.
