Problem with Hippo VBs from Jaben

Hi all,
 
Back in May, I bought hippo vb's from jaben and enjoyed them for several weeks until they fell apart.  First, the stress reliever on the left side tore in half.  Then the left side completely died.
 
I emailed jaben, but they didn't respond.  After a second email, Robin Low wrote back requesting my address, which I immediately provided, and again, no response.
 
Do hippo's have any warranty?  If so, does jaben honor warranties?
 
In the meantime, I obviously recommend not buying hippos or anything from jaben.

Yes, they do honor warranty, just a bit slow. Keep sending in those email, or if you can, give them a quick call.

Thanks for the encouragement.  After another handful of emails and a few weeks, I received a replacement from jaben!  I'll use the time while this pair's working to find more reliable IEMs.
