Wow, there's an awful lot of love for Fallout 2. I always thought the original was better. 2 had too many jokes that pulled you out of the Wasteland world.

Best,

Let's see now, my top 3:
-Final Fantasy 6
-Final Fantasy Tactics (the most different of the series, it is really its own magnificent beast)
-Vagrant Story

Other notables:
-Seiken Densetsu 1/Final Fantasy Adventure/Sword Of Mana GBA remake
-Tobal No. 1/Tobal 2 (they both have a 'Quest Mode' RPG to them)
-Front Mission: Gun Hazard
-Chrono Trigger, Chrono Chross, Radical Dreamers
-Panzer Dragoon Saga (which I sold for $25 before finding out a couple of years later that it is now worth north of $150. D'oh!)

Ah, another Torment fan. I've been thinking about trying out a Wizardry game... what are they like?

Wizardry games are like...well..sort of looks like a first person RPG, but you control a party of 6, and never see them. In a way, sort of like the Might & Magic series of RPGs, but combat is turned based. Wiz 7 looks pretty ugly, but I just liked how the gameworld was huge, and dynamic. As far as I could remember, there were several factions, and NPC's moved about the game randomly and fought other NPCs..of course, you'd never see that, though, due to game mechanics..

Wow, I'm surprised there arent any Ultima fans here!

Wizardry 7 was a great game, but it is definately dated. It was sweet back in the day though.
