and incase you fellow photo geeks

want to know, my gear is:
canon eos 20d
sigma 18-50 f/2.8 ex (can't afford to get any other lenses. this lens is a great deal, $400 dollars for a f/2.8 wide angle)
canon 420ex flash (obviously it wasn't used in these photos, lol)
and... the most important gear of all for any photographer, a nice, sturdy, tripod: bogen/manfrotto 3021bpro with 488 rc2 ball head

Thanks. Though I really wish I had a dSLR with a nice wide angle lens.

Yep all shot with a G7. The G9 is really nice, but not worth the upgrade for me. Gotta get a dSLR first and then maybe a G10 to complement it.

Thanks, Gobs of Lub. and to gtracer: What's the point of getting a cheaper camera to "compliment" a dslr? My view is if you get a dslr you gotta use it ALL the time! No sense in buying a nice camera and taking a cheap one whenever you travel ya know? OH and once you go DSLR, you'll never go back
