Hello guys, You may or may not remember me as it's been quite a while since I posted on this forum let alone this thread so I thought I would post a few of my more recent images. It's good to be back...
Not nearly as nice as most other pictures in this thread, but I really like it. I took this picture while I was in Taiwan. It was shot on film (Nikon F90x with Nikkor 105mm f/2D) and then I scanned it with my lowly all-in-one, so it doesn't look quite as good as my physical copy.
It is hard for us to sometimes think this way. The fact that the Cosmos is half life and half death. This ongoing war of life and death parallels the war between good and evil. At any moment life starts and death changes. This is on a cellular level as well as grand universal level with huge bodies in space becoming formed or deconstructing on a huge time line. This photograph documents a personal transformation and para-dine shift which took place three days before the photograph was taken. The photograph was taken 20 feet away from the place where para-dine shift took place! We see the remnants of a life as well as a new life. We see the 50/50 percent margin. This is integrated into one photograph as a statement of the contrasting beauty of the Cosmos.
