I think your black and white photography is superior to your color photography; at least using these two sets as examples.

I agree! Something about the film and processing, the huge contrast along with the photography give ordinary goings-on an other worldly quality.

I agree as well.. i can't "see" very well in color. It's confusing to me!

And i like appreciate the fact that with B&W film i have total control with the development.

Wil - I really like the last color one in that set, but the shadows fell in poor places in the first two color ones. The last set of B&W ones were okay, but I like your early sets more.

You definitely have a talent for B&W street photography, which I appreciate since I have no talent in that area.

I was lucky this week and got my hands on a 24mm TS-E for a very good price. These early shots are far from perfect, but it's a fun learning experience. It's a shame I don't have a full frame body to take full advantage of the lens, almost makes me want to shoot film.

And yes, I do plan to use the tilt/shift how it's actually meant to be used at some point too, not just for goofy selective focus shots.
