I wonder if it would help if you straightened the image. I think it could make a really cool shot.

We have some really good photographers posting in this thread! I'm humbled.

My trip to Florida is over now, so the process of photo editing will begin. I hope some of them came out nice.

Two more from yesterday, a black rose and long exposure. The sky and the bokeh are not photoshopped on the first one, that's just the way it came out with the G9 and polarizer.

CanKin - cool shots there, i love the old soft, timely feeling from analogue photography. How does a 15 dollar camera find its way into a (i assume) one dollar shop? lol

Agnostic - Some really nice, interesting photos.. always good to see more.

Devwild - again, some great shots. Really like the rich colour from the rose, beautiful.

Towert7 - look forward to seeing those Florida photos once you get them processed.

Agnostic, that last picture of yours reminds me of the Matrix movie series color scheme. Very interesting.

Sorry for the quality of those pictures. At that time I wasn't experienced (2-3 years ago) But I wanted to post them anyway to share with you guys

This one is from halfway to the summit of Mt-Washington while on a backpacking trip with school buddies:

This one was during vacation at a country house of a friend(his parents) of mine:

Taken at the Montreal Botanical Garden:

Northen lights in my backyard about 2 years back. I hadn't any stand so I tried not to move but it's quite hard aroud 5 or 10 sec expostion time. I know it's all blurry but it's not often that you are able to take those in picture yourself:
