These aren't mine, but these are my favorites. From top to bottom, there's the IIfx, the SE30, Macbook (2.0GHz Core 2 Duo), and the NeXT Cube. The NeXT isn't exactly a Mac, but it was Steve's baby and NeXTStep was the foundation for OS X.
The Macbook and a Linux box (Fedora) are my everyday use machines. The IIfx, SE30 and Cube are the machines I drooled over, desperately wanted and could not afford back in the day. They're still almost as cool as they were back then. I mean, I love these modern 64 bit multiple core sledgehammers, but there's something special about the 68030 and a GUI that fits in a megabyte or two. And the NeXT... how many 20 year old machines still surf the web and are about as usable as any modern box?

Running both Vista and Leopard 10.5.2. I use vista by far the most though. It "just works". OSX is awesome for the "wow" factor in class though.
Here is a Cube that I sold recently. It had 1.2GHz processor card and upgraded HD and video card. Really nice machine, but I had to sell it because ipods work only with usb2 now.
I have only ibook, macbook, SE30 and Perfoma 460 now.
