I want to get a portable headphone amp that I can use with my iPod touch 4th generation and iPhone 5 as well as my laptop. Right now I have Shure se215 in earbuds, Audio Technica ATH-M50s and Sennheiser HD-428 headphones. I don't want to spend over $150. Some suggestions would be useful! Thank you!

I personally have the FiiO E10 and it's amazing (very clear, and if you use the Bass Boost it doesn't muddy the sound at all), however it's not portable.

I would suggest looking at the FiiO E11, all the reviews say it's incredible for the price (and since it's by FiiO it will be good quality!)

(if anyone is interested, the cans I'm using with the E10 are Ultrasone HFI-580's, and they're incredible)
