Any suggestions for portable amp for Grado 225s? I will be listening to ..almost mostly jazz.. 
 
(I will be also puchasing a tube amp, so I put a similar thread in the full size amp amp section)

iBasso T3 or T4?  Vivid V1?  I think there's a Corda XXS in the FS forum within your budget.  Should be okay.  There's a Minibox-E+ in the FS archive, that one will be great for sure, I have one myself and love my SR325is out of it.  Slightly over your budget, but I highly recommend it.
I think there's also a P3+ in the FS section, more or less within your budget and should be great as well.

FiiO E7 works great for my sony MDR-V6 and it's 63 ohms vs the 32 ohms of the Grado
it powers my 32 ohm Shure SRH440 well and also my 38 ohm ATH M50 and sounds great
