Lets just say if I were to try to take a picture of my wallet my camera would be sucked into the black hole where people usualy carry cash, then i would have to buy a new camera and create a whole new cycle of purchases

MS-1 for $114 CDN, Chaintech AV-710 for $30 CDN after shipping and stuff so far. I'm going to order a Zhaolu with one of the good DACs and headphone amp upgrade, so that'll set me back a lot. Probably like $300 after shipping/tax and stuff.

Oh, and I don't have a wallet, so I'm immune to your "sorry for your wallet" comments

I don't think that's true. Most people here would probably want a 5k up system. But haven't spent that much.

As I had my source kind of before head-fi already, my spendings are around 1000-1500$ for now. I'm willing to get myself a Singlepower MPX3 SLAM with a few upgrades though, so I don't want to vote yet.

I haven't summed it up before, but it seems that after my last purchase (SR325i) I'm firmly over the $1500 line.

Maybe it's best I put the music back on and let my wallet cry alone in agony...

Some of it's hard to qualify as strictly headphone gear...USB soundcards, PCI soundcards, DACs, DAPs, etc. don't specifically qualify, but it was all bought purely to use with headphones, so I guess it all counts.

I'm gonna take a guess & say somewhere between $3500 & $5000, but I think i get under the $3500 mark if I subtract gear that I've sold along the journey.

Peace,

Graz

A off topic but, how are people reacting to the US (and UN?) pressure on the nuclear development deal in Iran...?
