Koetsu would be a 180 degree change from Lyra is!
I was also interested in MC Bee as well to see if there is any resemblance to the Miyabi but then I think the weight of the cartridge is too light for the ARO to work properly. ( IIRC, MC Bee is less than 5g )

What does the modification of the 103 entail?
I am curious as a £180 experiment as Denons are back in the box sitting doing nothing.

/\ They replace Alu. cantilever for a longer Boron one with a something? inline? diamond tip, tracking force is thereby lowered to 1.8g instead of 2.3-7g easier on the Aro. Well worth the money.

Beautiful turntable/arms Afrikane!

Thanks.

One more question.

What phonostage do you use and what loading are you using? ( I assume the loading doesn't change after the mod? )

I use a linto or modded 640p.

Mark, you are one hell of a craftsman. That's absolutely stunning. I must also belatedly congratulate you on the work you did on your AR table which was equally beautiful. I can functionally restore decks, but I can't make them look remotely like that.
Is this an L75?

Thanks for the kind words guys, it is becoming a hobby of mine. I am now working on an old Quad 33/303 combination. It is a GL59.

Shiny!
