I alternate between my MZ-S1 and D-E880, but since he's got 2 MD units, I think the R70 sees no action.

not true:
pocket rig = mz-r70<<er-6
backpack rig = mz-r50<<meta42 OR cha47<<er-6
i have almost no redundant gear, everything has a place and a use. plus i dig the headphone out on the r70.
