Nice! Finally got your Tomahawk, eh? How's that setup sound? That's about what I'm thinking of getting when I have the money (already have the iPod and UM1), so I'd love some impressions!

very nice indeed
, i think after seeing your 'offical' v-cap i am going to have to think about a proper encasement for mine, may make it less portable but...

great setup!

Would love to listen to that combo! Will you be at the international meet next May 08 in Fort Lauderdale?

I don't think so. I was considering going to NYC meet, but I have some much work that at this point nothing is certain.

I used to have the SR-001MK2 system as well, and its clearly the best sounding portable system I have ever heard.

digging the d2 in those pics. It looks sturdy. Isn't it built out of all plastic material? Or is some of metal?

Something new I put together tonight:

Marshmallows with a Shure MPA(which was a PITA to find). It's shortened with a neutrik plug, and etymotic triflanges. I also poked a wider hole through the paper. Not as muddy, and I think the bass is less bloated. All I need now is my black back plate and my iPhone is complete
