yes, it is. It's the ASG-1.2, which i colored the brand using black sharpie.

I really enjoy my SHR440, they're one great headphone, I'm yet to encounter another headphone with as much detail for $100 than SHR440. I have changed the pads to Brainwavs HM5 pads and upgraded the cable.

Unforunately, I cannot answer that question as I swapped out the stock pads within 10 minutes due to comfort issues.

I have very little memory how they sound stock.
