Sorry for the dust guys....just got my headphone rig back together after a 7+ year hiatus. I was guiding a friend of mine new to the headphone hobby about some purchasing decisions, and I thought to myself: this stuff is going to waste in the closet...get the lead out. Forgot how good it sounds. Keeping things simple for now. Anyway.....

Amp: naamanf 4-ch β22
Can: Audeze LCD-2.2 (Q Audio French Silk Cable)

Some new stuffs out too!!!

I see that. It's like I woke up from a coma to find a whole new world. A friend of mine lent me his Empyrean's a couple of weeks ago, and while tonality-wise I really liked them, I felt they were a touch too warm for me...and I typically like lots of meat on the bone.

Almost sold my b22 a few years back....only thing that stopped me was that I didn't have adequate packaging to ship them in. I'm glad I kept them. Hard to beat for solid state.

I'd like to seek out the Susvara....but the chatter of poor quality control has me a bit gun shy for such an expensive 'phone. Sonics-wise, it sounds like it would be right up my alley.

I might just do that. The b22 should be able to drive them ok. Question Pauly....does the Audeze cabling work with the HEDD? I seem to get conflicting reports about a pin out issue.

Got to listen to most peoples endgames today (not my set-up) Chord Dave>Formula S>Abyss 1266 TC

The 1266 isn't all that much less comfortable than my LCD3, however, it does not tolerate shifting in your seat very much.
