Does anyone have experience with these? I can't decide from reading the little I'm finding online if they're a gimmick, or legit. The price is certainly rather lofty, so I'd hope they're somewhat respectable at least.

I have not but please don't hesitating on buying it and writing up a review. It sounds very interesting.

They look nearly identical with ATH-M30...

Maybe they got the shell from the same OEM?

Hoping that's the case, and they're not just selling the same cans for 10x higher price..

Yeah, they do look terribly similar! I hope they did at least develop their own drivers, and it's not hyperbole so they can charge that much.
