Philips USA doesn't have their samples in yet. I'm as anxious as you.

That kinda scares me actually. They're going to be excessively bright from that graph... Well, my contact is on vacation until the 29th, so no news until then.

Somehow I doubt that FR is correct haha or there's something fishy here. No way that even Philips employees would be of the opinion that a 14dB peak at 2.8kHz would sound the best what Philips have produced so far. ;P  That would sound sooooo nasal, so horribly off from neutral even Beats Studios or some Skullcandies would sound better. I saw one french site so far that lists it for 250 EUR.

just googled some pictures, that frequency graph looks kind of bizarre, still want to try them though

It could be an unequalized dummy head measurement that includes the ear canal resonance around 3000 Hz. If you check the "raw" graphs on InnerFidelity, they always have a similar response relative to the equalized one.

Somehow I can't imagine that graph is correct.  Philips usually leans towards the warmer bassier side of that graph not the brighter side.  But who knows....maybe they are trying something new!  =)

Has there been any word of a release date for these yet?  Guessing not before the holidays?
