yes i also noticed that absolute phase matters a while ago, just go with what sounds better to you :)

imo correct absolute phase sounds more natural/more forward

A good test song: Circio`s Rapture - Polarity Check (and Polarity Test is another one)
in these both songs you can rapidly hear the phase of different instruments going back and forth between correct/inversed phase

imo you even hear how correct phase sounds forwards and inversed phase backwards, same goes for bass, bass can go forward or backward

i have bought a Stello DA220 DAC
it comes with a phase selection
0 degree or 180 degree

the sound is better after i chose 180 degree invertion

but ... i really dunno what it is ..

does it really sound better to use Phase 180 degree?
or it is just a theoretical matter?
