I think the PFE Perfect Bass will suit you better with the sort of genres you listen to. The RE0's lack of bass was the deal-breaker for me, unless you plan on using an amp.

my re0's sound good with an amp. i have to say its similar to beyer DT770's. maybe my ears just suck . not as bassy as my cheapo zune buds for sure but those beat the beyers too haha. i have tehm pretty good in my ears but its not too uncomfortable. going to try the shure olives when they get here. maybe i can find someone to decore them for me thats done it before

The PFE PB are very different from the RE0s, they're more for bassheads IMO. With the black filters they're more comparable, yet smoother and darker.

The re0s don't really lack bass quality, just quantity, which is my personal preference. It all comes down to your own sound signature. Also, keep in mind the re0 isn't exactly the most durable IEM.

Go with PFE .The RE0 build quality not good but they sound good
