Thanks for the wonderful iem @Penon and thanks everyone here who motivated me to get one
Initial review -
Green tips not at all for me way too trebly , I love it in acoustics songs
Blue tips more like my thing
Subbass- there but needs to be emphasized in tracks , not that noticeable.
Midbass - good amount , but still difficult to notice ( needs burn in ?? )
Midrange - Ohh I liked this here the guitars and piano and trumpets were so accurate , especially the wooden instruments even flute
Vocals - male - very thin at first , gonna update after burn in more ( doing that now )
Female - accurate, more textured it's really good , better than my kanas pro ? ( Need more time ) , not sibiliant but I can guess some people might feel it
Treble - really loved it very accurate , though it treads on a thin line between sharp and lovely !!
Imaging and resolution and positional accuracy - wow that's really good I can hear everything and can accurately find the instruments easily
Soundstage -average , more foreward to backward , it's nicely tall , depth nah not too much can say very little , feels a bit congested but somehow too nicely separated xp ?? Need more time
Busy tracks and rock - (not metal ) - I somehow liked this eventhough it has a small soundstage , maybe due to the damn accuracy of hearing everything that's going on too easily
Songs used - Brothers in arms - Dire straits
AC/DC- highway to hell
Hotel California live
Hello- Adele
A shade of blue - incognito
It was a very good year - Frank Sinatra
Steambreather - Mastodon
Static - timecop1983
Centuries - fallout boy
Fallen - Evanescence
The treble on the Volt is starting to open up nicely now and take on that subtle air and resolution other owners said to expect. It's becoming one of the best traits of this IEM. Of course the midrange still steals the show, but it's nice to hear the EST drivers really coming into their own for the top end. I'd say the hours are right around 150 or so since I received it so this is happening right on schedule!

Seems like Volt impressions have kinda dried up?
Now that most owners are over the New Toy Syndrome (FoTM) period, what do you think of them now?
Are they still your favorite?
Have you sold them?
If not, where do they stack up/fit into your collection?
How would you rank them against other stuff you own or have heard?
