I need a headphone,and i like the portable headphones.But which one should i choose?
P10 Portable headphone or ATH-FW3 Portable headphone?

Most audio-technica products found at retailers such as the one in your link are counterfeit. If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is.
 
The P10 is a good headphone though. The folding mechanism is a bit of a pain but other than that they're quite competent.
