I understand (but ask for confirmation) that Traillii TI is a production of Jaben China.
Correct ?
Yes that's correct

Sorry for the question.... But Trillii TI by whom is it produced and who gives support ? Because I wrote to Oriolus and they told me that TI is not their Official product and they do not give support.
So....who produces Traillii TI and who (in case ) gives assistance ?
This was briefly discussed awhile back. I believe it is the distributor in China. Oriolus has not replaced the Traillii JP (still my personal fav).

Brand spanking new Ulan 8W for the Birdy. This is a beautiful cable!! Now I just need to get over this pesky ear infection and all will be well again.

Guys, my Birdies arrived and... didn’t fit. It feels like the shell is too wide (deep) and the sound duct is too short.

Maybe there are some eartips that will fix this? Maybe someone has encountered this?

And in general, I would be happy to hear any recommendations on the tips for Traillii 🙏🏻

SpinFit W1 - for the fit as well as for the sound.

Excellent choice. I have the same one and I'm very happy with it. Was recommended by someone else on this thread. Speedy recovery! Just went through a sinusitis recently and I couldn't use IEMs. Wasted days!

Azla classic and Coreir brass or Al are longer than others, so they might help with the fit. Coreir, in particular, add mid bass and improve the sound. You could also try a bigger size than your usual. Eletech Baroque also help with the fit, in most cases.
Another thing you can try, is to put a small O ring (rubber gasket) on the nozzle, then apply the tip. This pushes the tip away from the shell, thus allowing for a deeper insertion. Beware, this normally enlarges the stage, which might end up feeling unnatural.

I have had success two ways. One way is to go with longer tips like the aforementioned Spinfit W1, or Azla SednaEarfit light/Origin. Or, recently, I have been a fan of Eletech Baroque. They aren't too long but wide so it catches the entry of my ear just fine. You could try a larger than normal size too if it's not uncomfortable.

Question for those who have both JP and Ti..... What is the difference (if any) between the low range of the two models ?
The low end reproduction of the Ti is one of the reasons why there was no doubt in my mind as to which I should buy. I perceived the bass of the Traillii Ti to be tighter, punchier and far more pleasing.
