After much deliberation i think i have the setup:
On the go (gym etc..)
my iphone 12 + dragonfly blue / LPW 2 (which one who sounds better) have also the option to buy the lotoo dongle to see which one sound best.

on the go but not portable (flights, Café work etc)
A2 + C9

i just dont know why i should buy an android with good ui when i have an iphone + dongle.
only problem is storage, iphone is not the best in that and i have the 256 giga, and also file manager for uploading high res files sucks. And i have many 24bit full albums.
Maybe uploading to a cloud? And streaming from there?

Subscribe streaming service for the on-the-go setup. Save your albums in A2+C9.

But I won't bring Traillii to gym for sure...mainly to avoid any accident & the cable issue

I'm thinking of getting the 2200$ like the new LPGT, but I read some say the LPGT TI is better for Dance/Pop/Electronic, and these genres
I hear a lot.
on the other side, I also listen to Pink Floyd and Eric Clapton.

any thoughts ?

I prefer lpgt over ti for its slightly more laid back and neutral presentation, but they’re both amazing.

I was considering the used lpgt that you are talking about, but I decided to go new.

andrew expects some new units in next week...can’t wait to get it for the traillii.

...then eventually, it sounds like a c9 is a must as well.

So I'd reach out to @Eric Chong and get good quality 4.4mm interconnect (between DAP and C9). These will play a big role in your C9 system, I advise to get it. I use 4.4mm 6W Iliad interconnect. Some people prefer Plato as well.

If funds are not an issue, I would advise Lotoo Ti as it sounds better without C9 according to Twister. Both DAPs should sound identical if being run off of C9.

I would say hold on for now. You’ve got so many new toys coming in and it will take you quite a while to fully digest them. But this is the most exciting time of this hobby, getting and exploring new toys!!!

i ordered bird + c9 + a02. not buying a cable to make the setup perfect does not make much sense.
It's either go hard. or go home.

The stock IEM cable for the bird is good enough. It itself is actually a very expensive cable already (>$2000).

After you got the gears, don’t hesitate to post here or in the C9 thread about how to properly use them. It can get a bit complicated for people new to this hobby, and since your gears are all TOTL, you would want to make sure that you are using them properly.
