opinions needed for better portable setup

Which combo would be better suited for iems? Don't necessary require a lot of power.  
My main priorities is to have no background noise/hiss at any volume, channel unbalance (at low volume) or IF interference when outdoor.
  
I already own the Fiio E11 and using it with a L9 LOD to my ipod and can hear a lot of hiss so would adding a solo eliminate the problem?  
 
Need to make up my mind by Saturday before I spend the big bucks!!
 
ipod nano 6g > Fiio E11 (cheapest by far and currently own)
or
Ipod nano 6g > Algorhythm solo -R > Fiio E11 
or
AK100 MK2 on its own
or
standard AK100 with 22ohm out put issue (can get for very cheap new)
or
Fiio x5 on its own

I own the senn momentums and am thinking of buying the fiio x5. (I'll upgrade to hd650 in the distant future; 6 years I think) Is it a wise choice?I listen to mostly flac music.Also what about an amp?

The X5 should have no trouble driving your 18 ohm Momentums. The HD650's are 300 ohm and you may benefit from an amp at that point. Cheers... Brian

I also own a senn momentum. And my current dap right now is the x5. And theyre working great, my amp that im using is alo national. But most of the time im using x5 only as it can stand alone. Flac files are great for them, clean very crisp, neutral no peaky on treble. Mids are enough and bass are just enough. IMO

If you want to buy the DX100, then go ahead with that. At that kind of price range, everything is down to personal preference anyway, so if you prefer the DX100, go for it!
