It took 10 days from ordering to delivery through Aliexpress on the HiFiGo store. HiFiGo is also including the case for free right now. Although the Alpha looks great without the case, it’s handy in case it’s dropped.

i want to ask at shanling at which volume i'd should adjust the 4,4 mm ouput and the 3,5 mm in order to enter correctly in a input of an headphone amplifier?

If you are running it into proper amp that's used to line-out voltage, it should be goot at 99 volume on XI1. That will give you 2.4/4V output.

You can test it out and maybe lower the volume, if the output is too high voltage for your amp.

What does it mean for Linsoul to be your official dealer? Because hifigo, Bright Audio, are all selling ONIX on AliExpress.

I'm asking because hifigo has a better price on AliExpress than Linsoul - they are including the case for 99 USD, compared to Linsoul's 128 USD. Also, Linsoul takes a month or so to deliver products via standard shipping. Doesn't feel good to have ordered from the "official seller" if there are no advantages at all

People in general have had good experiences with Hifigo . I order from their website because on ali I am charged for VAT. From Hifigo.com I am not .

You can order from any seller you wish. But your warranty will also be just with them, we will not provide you with any support on the unit.
