I have debated between the Sennheisers IE8 vs the MTPC.
I recently picked the Copper over the IE8.

I just want you to confirm if these earbuds indeed come with the limited lifetime warranty but i fear since it is open box it may not.
i have chatted with a representative and he told me yes.
 
I am about to order it and the warranty is a plus for me and..i just need a second confirmation

Many people in many different threads have said that it does come with the warrenty.
 
But how fast do you need them?
 
If your willing to wait a while, Amazon has them new for $224.10 but it's out of stock, you can still order them though.

Problem is, that i have 130 something dollars on paypal.
i wanted to get rid of it but Amazon has a better deal of course.

Actually, last I heard many people said that it does not come with the warranty.  Onecall apparently says it does, but when you call Monster and ask - they say no!
 
To clear it up - call monster and ask.  Get the names of the people you speak to as well.  But Monsters the one to call since they service the warranty, not onecall.

Why not just transfer the money to a bank account?
