Not familiar with Jim Sindero, but with Jeremy Pelt on there I am guessing I would like it.

Never heard myself of Jim Sindero, all the more reason to have a listen. To be honest, technically it‘s very good, but I wasn‘t touched by the CD. Interesting, but a bit uninvolving. Jeremy Pelt, though, is great!

I have tickets for the Rochester International Jazz Fest for June 26th. Playing will be Jeff Goldblum (yes that Jeff Goldblum) and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra. Have heard his stuff on Jazz 90.1 here in Rochester. Good stuff!

Yellowjackets anyone? Spinning their cd "Altered State" in my player right now, the first tune Suite 15 is sounding very nice...

I sometimes find myself only liking 'gateway jazz' for lack of a better term. Spyro Gyra, Rippingtons, Yellowjackets, etc... but have loved it since '84 or so.

Hope someone enjoys Suite 15 <c:

I'm a Jackets fan, and have several of their CDs. Good stuff!
