So around 4:30pm today, I went down to the lobby to check my mailbox. Lo and behold, the mailman is there sorting mail into the boxes.

Me : Uh, hi, I think I have a package for Apt#.
Him : Yeah, I think you do, too. It's out in the truck, right now.
Me : Ah! Cool!
(I stand there, big grin on my face, he resumes sorting mail)
Him : Oh, I'll bring it up to you in a bit.
Me : Oh, really? OK....

While I was waiting for him to show up, I realized this must be what a dog feels like when he knows his owner will be home from work soon for walks/food. Every ding of the elevator door brought a rush of excitement. Time stretched on forever as I would realize the footsteps were going away from my door. Rinse and repeat 4 times.

He finally knocked at 10 after 5. A box from TTVJ.

1 hour later, wow, the wait was worth it.

The good news: #100 is in Helsinki.

The bad news: It's at the custom's office. DOH! Oh well, I guess either Todd forgot, or put a zero value. Either way, I'll have to pay the customs.. which I so can't afford right now.

**Note: I don't hold it against Todd that I have to pay customs. Not in the slightest. He had offered to lower the value, but ya know, that's his choice and I never ask a vendor to do that unless they offer first. And even so, you have to be mentally prepared for the eventuality that it will cost. No hard feelings at Todd, just hard feelings at my bank account.**
