Just a few RA1 headphone amplifiers. Like everything else the woodwork and finish on these was absolutely beautiful. Grado has all of their woodwork done by another family owned business that has been around since 1785.

Wow... Just wow! Those headphone driver loudspeakers look really interesting, I wouldn't mind auditioning them. If worked there i would ask for a pair of RS1's. Heck, I'd make a pair for myself

Cool. Kinda takes the mystique of headphones away though. I never imagined it was slew of hispanic women assembling them!

Nice pictures. Even though I know very little about Grado and their history, I wasn't really expecting a place like that. The GS 1000 "salad bowls" look interesting

It's kind of neat to see a crappy cardboard box filled with the drivers to make eight pairs of GS-1000s.

It's like they print money there.

Wow, Ive never seen that before...
Its just amazing to see where my headphone was born. (Although at first I expect a better & modern manufacturing)

Hmm, I wonder if you have never known / heard about Grado before, would you still buy the headphones after you saw the homemade factory?
