You should relax, it's probably the HD800S. That has the most universal appeal and the prices are finally starting to drop so the timing is right.

Apologies in advance, I know some folks here will know this, but If you're UK based does it simply become uneconomical to buy from Drop (US), ship to the UK and pay Import Duty (?), handling/processing fee and 20% VAT.
Maybe I've answered my own question.

mate I don't think they offer warranty support for euro's and it's drop so I would just stay the hell away in all honesty unless you can confirm directly with senn or the company they collab with they can handle your warrant stuff

No matter what happens tomorrow unless it's a $500 HD800s (not HD800 swill) then lots of people are going to be dissapointed, even if it is a $500 HD800s I will be disappointed that I own so many headphones and have to buy it.

there is zero probability that there will be an HD8XXs version that sells for $500. If there is one, it will be priced around $999 at the lowest. There is too much risk of killing most sales of HD800S if they do that because people will buy them up and offer them on eBay for $700 and they will sell.
