I am currently using Hugo2 as dac to feed dac10h driving ether 2 planner i found it to be underpowered also dac10h claims to be putting out 20v on hh gain but from what i feel its not driving it good enough(dac10h drives hd660s and 650 good enough but not hd800), also the dac built in dac10h is at least a league away from hugo2 not to mention hugott2(Hugo handles chaotic music information much better). The amp built in dac10h is however useful. But with the same prices i rather go for a better amp rather than dac10h alone. Dac10h as a dac&amp solution , have good sound Stage and neutrality, but lack of precision and detail compare to Hugo family. With some music that made a huge difference. I suggest you go for hugott2 and use it’s xlr for driving planners i’ve Heard it and it was way better than dac10h.
