Aside from the ergonomics of the triple.fi, I do feel that it is the best universal IEM (for now).

Have you compared the Triple fi to the Westone UM2?

Nope, but a few people I trust have, and there is no contest (if you get a proper seal the Triple fi are much better).
I also read a review between the "3" - from China- and the Triples, and they were found to sound very clòose, with the Triple fi being more analytical, the Westone 3 more "fun" but possibly less balanced.

Just pulled the trigger at Soundearphones.com They matched the eCOST price but with 2 day shipping came to $286.99.

Congratulations! It's likely you'll need T400 comply tips or modded Shure black foam tips to reach a proper seal and be in heaven.

I've enjoyed the TF's much more than I enjoyed the UM2's.
The treble is significantly better on the TF's, and the bass is tighter.


Of the IEM's I've owned:
TF>>UM2>SF>E4>>>SE210
