Lots of news on the meet!
Just under 60 people confirmed so far. Welcome to ichiboy, soundboy, Hsiu, KurtW and foo me! I have not tried to map out the table space yet, but I think we can make it work for everybody.
Todd is coming through again, and has agreed to send a TTVJ Hybrid Portable in addition to the Grado PS-1000 and *hopefully* a Beyer T-1 assuming one is available to him. He is trying out a sample pair starting tonight and I will be extremely curious to hear about his thoughts. Like Iron_Dreamer, the T-1 has caught my attention even though I have literally never had any interest in buying a Beyer before!
I also forgot something from my own gear list that I should have pointed out. I should be in possession of the new fully balanced, fully discrete, all-JFET amp with separate power supply that was designed and built by luvdunhill. It was at the Dallas meet recently in a slightly different incarnation, but by the time of our meet it should have the digital volume display and Tiny XLR headphone output on the front panel. In Dallas, it looked like this:
