I'm searching for passive cancelling full size headphones.
I'll use them only for my PC, I plug them in this becauce it increases the volume and the bass,
Because I don't live in the USA and the prices probably don't match, this is a few headphones that are in my price range:

Sennheiser HD 428, Sennheiser Pro Audio HD 215 II, Audio-Technica ATH-M30, Audio-Technica ATH-T500, Audio-Technica ATH-AD300, Skullcandy SK Pro, AKG K618 DJ, Phillips SHP8000, Phillips O'Neill Stretch, Phillips Cityscape Downtown.

These are all almost the same price where I live, it's not like I want any of them though. I haven't decided yet.

Better if you post the link of the store, to see if there are better options.

Do you have specific musical tastes?

There are many sites that offers headphones, the one I've linked don't have audio-technica, pioneer and other good brands but have much more than any other site.
When you change the language to English some of the headphones aren't displayed for some reason.
They are sorted by price from the most expensive ones, those I can afford start from page 4 which is on the link.
I listen mostly to rap and pop.

I'm thinking about Sony MDR-V55. "The flexibility of the design means that it's easy to get the earcups to sit and seal well against your ear. We found that they blocked out mostly all background noise as a result." So they cancel noise and have great sound by what I've read. I may actually go tomorrow and buy it because I'm sick of reading about headphones all day even though I work whole week for $100.

From the headphones listed on the site, i know about the Akg K540 but the isolation is poor. Not what you looking for.

However, some head-fier's have used the Sony headphone you mention,
