I'm looking for a good pair of noise canceling headphones with not much sound leakage. I mainly listen to rap, pop, rock and hip hop. But occasionally techno. I've got 150-250 price range.

Sennheiser HD 25-1 II.  It's not an active noise-canceler, but its passive isolation is outstanding.

What do you want sound wise? "Good sound quality" means just about any headphones you could think of above 150. They all do their unique "styles". Also, noise cancelling introduces foreign sound into your music, youd be better off picking up a pair of IEMs, which can block out up to 40 dB. Navigate over to the portables and in ears section and talk with them.
