The imaging is more precise. It's also more detailed. The bass is deeper and tighter than the Ref1 Too. :)

Oh well, for now I save pennies.
I shall worry about pricing later :p

Ultimately I know I will want them, so no point worrying about it all until there are more coins in the jar :)

Heheh! Good policy. I've scrounged up the estimated required funding and set it aside. Reallocation or re-prioritisation of resources. :)

Especially I wonder how is separation ? I hope it is better than the old ones.

I reckon $3k should get you out of trouble (after AUD conversation rates currently)

I've already started selling some lemonade on the corner.

Interesting... Do you have problems with separation currently? I have both the 1p2 and the Ref1 Too and I can't say I have any issues with separation. :)

I find instrument separation one of the Tralucent hybrids strongest attributes, more so the stronger your source is.

I'm wondering what IEM you feel is more advanced in this area?

Tralucent iems have big soundstage.Maybe the biggest ones but separation must be developed.Instruments are far each other but stratification of instruments ( layer layer ) could be better....

As promised, I'm passing on the pricing information of the Plus5 and the other Tralucent IEMs.

Gavin has decided and has set the following prices for the Tralucent IEMs:

1Plus2.1 @ US$1580 (stock cable) / US$2780 (with Uber Too cable)
Ref1 Too @ US$1680 / US$2880
Plus5 @  US$1880 / US$3080

I understand that the IEMs will now come with the same stock cable. BTW, the Uber Too cable (now with rhodium plated connector pins) is US$1880 if purchased separately.

Incidentally, the 1Plus2.1 is a revision of the original 1Plus2.

I am waiting for the pictures of the production units of the Tralucent Plus5.
