Hey everyone here!

May I ask, if it's definetly not possible to charge and connect the device in DAC-modus at the same time? If I buy a splitter cable and charge the Mjölnir separately and data would be transferred as usual, this might work, or what you think?

That previous post is incorrect, you can charge and use USB DAC at the same time. There are 2 USB-C ports at the back of Mjolnir. One for charging, and one for the DAC input.

I did just receive my VN case last week, highly recommend buying this. It's quite modular and adjustable or different situations.

I have found that the Mjolnir makes ANY of my (50+) headphones and IEMs sound their best. Right now I have the Grado GS3000x and the GS2000e in use, but I often put on the Grado 2000e or the HiFiMAN HE1000.

I spent a good hour with Pauline from Lotoo in Munich....and went through everything with her regarding the Operation and the Userinterface....also in comparison to my SP3000
She promised me that there will be improvements in this regard

I tested a demo version of the dongle. I just connected it to the USB-C of my iPhone and played music via Tidal. It worked pretty well and flawless. After I disconnected the dongle the Mjölnir crashed. But as I said, it's still a demo version and they will fix the bugs soon.

Pauline was pretty helpful and very kind. She said, that she is trying to convince her boss to give the dongle as a gift to every owner of a Mjölnir...

Yeah, I certainly wouldn’t mind if it was included for free. at this price and the lack of a charging brick was already quite annoying lol!

I found that it makes every headphone sound its best! Glad your findings are similar.

I was leaning Shanling M30 Pro. Now I am not sure.

The Mjölnir is more of a racing machine than a sedan.

In my opinion, the software issue is somewhat overrated. How long do you think you'll get updates if your gear is no longer part of the current manufacturer's series? A small change in a streaming portal may then mean byebye streaming with this service.

I don't think the SW of the Mjölnir is that bad. At least it's a GUI and not a CLI! Roon can also be used via a bridge. And when the Internet is really down, I can enjoy my little Doom Device twice as much and do raw.streaming.
