I wish 5,5" OLED and 1 Tb finally realised into the SP1000. But, after the 3 generations (AK240, AK380, SP1000) we are still stuck to 256 Gb !

Our "Test system" during MUNICH on the A&K booth: SP1000 + Shure KSE1500 compared to AK380 + Shure KSE1500.

Now I wish Shure could come with a balanced version of the Amp ! With the SP1000's balanced 2,5 mm issue apparently fixed, this will be great !

Would it perform well with IEM's that benefit from more 'juice'?

Looking for a balanced battery operated tube AMP for the A&K SP1000 ? Look no further.... even though it is more transportable than portable (130 x 44 x 180 [mm] )

But... If it sound even better than my wonderful TU-05, then it is worth the extra weight...

Note that the Tur-08 is hybrid, so it is more powerful than Woo WA8, and battery life will be over 6 hours.
