At this time our software team added only Version 1 support. Further versions might be added in the future, but no information on it for now.

Opierając się na moich testach odsłuchowych, używanie różnych odtwarzaczy wpływa na jakość dźwięku. Być może @Shanling może zajrzeć do odtwarzacza dołączonego do EM5, ponieważ nie mogę zainstalować żadnych innych odtwarzaczy na EM5, aby dokonać porównania.

Tidal również brzmiał inaczej, gdy grał na komputerze podłączonym do EM5. Daje pełniejszą jakość dźwięku w porównaniu do grania w Tidala zainstalowanego w EM5.

Wypróbuj go do przesyłania z komputera przez USB, odtwarzacz Audirvana.

We are planning to add Roon to our desktop models, can't comment any further at this time.

Hello! Well, I got my long-awaited EM5.
This is a great streamer! Later I will leave a full review about it, but for now I will scold Shanling for their unfinished software.

Like my Shanling M3 Ultra , the EM5 is not 100% NAS capable.
I will list the errors in the work of the regular player in conjunction with network storage (NAS):
1. Does not display album and artist information;
2. Does not display the bit depth of the file being played;
3. Album art is not loading.
None of these problems is present if the same music file is played from a memory card.

Shanling fix these problems please!

Updated with this new EM5 firmware. With Factory Reset.

Reporting: Serious issue here. (Updated)

  1. All headphone output no sound. On Streaming, Local Songs and USB Input Dac.
  2. Gain stuck at Turbo, not able to switch.
  3. WIFI connection indication always at No Connection even is connected.
  4. Music auto stop playing when headphone jack unplug - Not working.
  5. Audio Source Floating Ball is not working.

Hello! I agree with all the points, except for the fifth point. Audio Source Floating Ball is working, you just need to keep your finger on it longer.

Does anyone even test the firmware before putting it into public access?
How could it have been possible to break more, and at the same time practically fix nothing from the previous mistakes?
