Received an email this morning from Amazon, saying they have had to cancel my order as the ear phone are now longer available. Bummer!

Did you get informed of any delays that pushed these back to November or does it seem like some places were just a bit too eager to list them before they had firm dates?

if honest when I was first informed about these it had always been an early December release. It was only recently that I heard it could be November so earlier than previously thought.

I've been thinking about getting them from B&H as well but to be honest. they originally said that these would be available on Oct 10th, only to push them back to the 20th. 
Fingers crossed that they can deliver on the latest estimate. 
And for what it's worth, the sennheiser-momentum website still says 'available in October'.... with no purchase link

Sod's law that these start to ship mere days after I had to replace my mobile's headset, on the plus side I guess I can wait on the reviews and for Comply to update their site to support these before grabbing a pair to try them out.
