Hmmm any word on if it's the same sq as the original?

Makes a lot of sense, I think. They already had the tech in the Fuze, why not the Clip? Good for them. This is a great little cheap player, and since I already have several micro cards loaded with music (used with the Fuze and Amp3), why not. Is there a limit? I have a 16GB card on the way.

Might have to pick one up, sell something, like a pair of phones. Having the Amp3, Clip+ and Fuze would be all I need for portability and SQ. Use the Zune80 as my home server (via the two docks I have). Damn you!

It supports up to 16gb cards I believe. I don't have 1 to check for you, but that's the word in the Sansa forums.

Too bad they didn't fix the rather poor EQ system. About the only thing I'd change in the first version.

I see plenty of changes

The clip on the Clip+ now looks much sturdier than the flimsy design of the first generation. Sits closer to boot resulting in a slimmer profile

The button interface is square instead of round which should provide better tactile feedback and feel

Now with greater storage capacity potential. Win, win and win

P.S. EQ, meh-Q. I keep it on flat

Could the designer tell us why they need to lauch a new model? what unique feature dose he want to use to attract us? it is advanced in sound quality? or stylish appearance? or low price? Maybe i am interesting to get one, but i need to persuade my wallet.

Expandable or not, no more 4gb or 8gb players for me. Larger capacity flash memory is no longer expensive. It's almost 2010 and I demand more than what was readily available many years ago...
