DX100:
The DX100 is our reference Digital Audio Player (DAP). It can play most of the 24Bit/192kHz Lossless music. The whole design is based on the ES9018, which ESS claim as "The World's Best DAC Chip". We are finalizing the DX100 now. We can release it within 20~45 days.
The following are some main features. We will release more information later this month.
• Support up to 24/192 Decoding
• ES9018 DAC Chip
• Built-in +/-8.5V Headphone AMP
• Up to 24/192 Optical/Coaxial Output
• 256-Steps Digital Volume Control

D7 Sidewinder:
We have already completed the D7 development. It is in production. We will release it after 10~14 days.
We told some people that the D7 has the ES9018 DAC chip. However, in order to rich our product line to meet different needs, we finally decided changing the DAC chip to another top of line chip, the WM8741.

Desktop DAC:
A 4*ES9018 DAC is under development. The estimated release date is June, 2012.

The DX100 is what has me excited!  I hope they focus on making sure the firmware/software is as polished as the hardware.

Cheers!

There is still no information about the new iBasso Desktop DAC (4xESS9018) on their official website. I'm curious if are having troubles keeping up with their product schedule or this is just the silence before they are releasing the new product all of a sudden. They have been silent about the DX100 as well before they finally released it. I'm eagerly awaiting their new DAC and curious if someone has heard any new information about it.

It still says

for me on the iBasso website when I check out the new product plan. Where did you see this information?

I was expecting a delay already when it became so silent about this new product all of a sudden. I guess they ran into some unexpected difficulties and had to delay the release significantly. I don't care about a delay at all since I think a delay is always way better than throwing some unfinished product on the market. If their dac turns out well I might end up buying one.

I'm very eager to see what they'll make of it, 4 ES9018 chips are not cheap!

Indeed, IBasso has managed to throw products at moderate prices (compared to their performance) on the market so far (also true for the dx100, compared to the alternatives in this price range). I expect the new dac to appear somewhere in the 1k+ pricerange (not too far above 1k though). They won't go too much above that having products like the M2Tech Young on the market and I can't imagine their product exceeding the really expensive dacs like the antelope stuff. I'm really keen on getting more information about this upcoming dac. It might be just the right one for me to replace my old one.

I'm pretty sure they'll be priced very competitively. I think that the 4x 9018 will be first in the market, and I really want to see what the saber chip can really do.
