Hey I have found this : http://www.head-fi.org/a/headphone-impedance
 
that will help explain impedance and what all goes into it, and why amps are important. An amp even with a low impedance headphone can really crank out some quality. That being said, not all headphones shine much better from an amp.

Thanks for the read. I guess i'll have to wait and see what people are using and there thoughts on the quality!
