GG No! The beauty of a physical volume wheel is that it is always clockwise for volume up and counter clockwise for volume down regardless of orientation.
However for the volume buttons on the side, that would make sense.
Edit - the entire argument for M15 volume control is moot since it is analog and not digital. My comments below are now purely hypothetical.
I am opposed to an option fo reverse the fixed volume control wheel on the M15 (and only M15 per my previous post) because IMHO, it is useless and even harmful. There are at least 50 other features, fixes, enhancements, and options I would ask as a higher priority. I am not opposed for user options in general, in fact I am a big proponent which is why I own an Android powered M15.
M15 has a conventional volume knob like every volume knob ever created which turns clockwise for volume up and counter for volume down. What would be the benefit of the volume knob doing the opposite? I use the screen rotation feature and in that "upside down" orientation, the volume knob remains conventional.
Lastly, any option has the potential to accidentally change default settings with a firmware update and/or reboot/reset. When this happens, it's normally just an annoying issue. Fixed volume wheels (like M15) are a whole different situation. Many audiophiles make it a habit to turn volume all the way down during power up/down so as not to risk damaging headphones. Imagine what would happen if one forgets or is unaware that the volume control has been reversed? If you're lucky, only your headphones get blown. If you're unlucky both your headphones and eardrums get blown.
